Working Stiffs

Sleepy people on the bus
Eyes foggy with lazy lids
Sullen eyes on serious faces
As they are awakened
By the mundane tasks
Of another day at the office



I wrote that poem about 10 years ago. Has anything changed. Not according to articles in the media and health statistics in our countries. It prompted me to write a related article recently titled The Working Malaise.
